Born Again
a film by Cassandra Rowe and Wilson
Born Again is a film created by Cassandra and Wilson. Through this film, they explored the concepts of death, rebirth and transformation with 10 local queer and trans people. The result is a poetic and radical declaration of their journeys through grief, healing and joy.
Born Again was screened in September of 2020 as well as during Durham Pride that same year. Check out the trailer by Wilson with music by dynamism.

Born Again is a Brainchild production. In the beginning of 2020, Brainchild (Cassandra, Wilson, Germane James and Charla Rios) was in residency at NorthStar Church of the Arts. This film was a part of that residency.
